This site is provided for information. We take care to keep it accurate, but specifications, features and prices may change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; a contract exists only when a written agreement is signed by both parties.
The platform, its source code, documentation and this website's content belong to Future Life Group and its companies. Clients receive a licence to use the software for their own institution; they do not acquire ownership of it. Client data belongs to the client.
Every engagement is governed by a written agreement covering the scope of the licence, the annual fee and what it includes, hosting location, support response times, data protection obligations, what happens to data when the contract ends, and how either party may terminate. Key points we will always put in writing:
LAPT Ltd is a separate company within the group and an independent certification body. Purchasing software confers no advantage in obtaining accreditation or certification, and certification decisions are taken independently of any software relationship. Certification services are contracted separately with LAPT Ltd.
